Bridal boudoir is a private, fully guided photoshoot that captures your confidence, personality and excitement as you prepare to marry. Many brides use their portraits to create an intimate wedding gift, while others simply want a moment that belongs entirely to them. Your session takes place in Sarah's private, fully female studio in Heathfield, East Sussex, a space designed to feel calm, discreet and supportive from start to finish.
Lighting is at the heart of every image. Sarah uses soft, carefully placed light to flatter your shape and bring out the details that make your bridal look your own, whether that's lace, a veil or something completely unexpected. With 28 years of experience behind every shoot, she knows exactly how light falls on different bodies and how to make each one look its most beautiful.
You don't need to arrive knowing how to pose. Sarah guides you throughout, helping with your positioning, hands and posture, expression and movement, as well as creating flattering shapes. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the experience.

Your Bridal Boudoir Experience in Three Simple Steps
1.Your Discovery Call
Start with a relaxed, no-pressure conversation.
You can discuss your wedding date, ideas, outfits, privacy, packages and anything making you nervous. Sarah will also explain the studio experience and help you understand the best timing for your session and private image reveal.
2. Your Private Studio Session
On the day, you will be welcomed into Sarah’s private, fully female East Sussex studio.
Professional hair and makeup are included, followed by a fully guided photography session. Sarah will guide every pose, expression and movement, so you never need to know what to do.
3. Your Private Image Reveal
Once your portraits have been carefully edited, you will return to view them privately.
You can take your time, choose the images you love most and select the package and finished products that feel right for you.

Your finished portraits can become a deeply personal wedding gift, with the final presentation depending on the package you choose.
Your images are created and viewed in a private, fully female studio environment, giving you the space to relax, ask questions and enjoy the experience without pressure.
Options may include albums, mounted prints, wall art and digital keepsakes.
You do not need to choose before your photoshoot. Your package options will be explained clearly during your private image reveal, once you have seen the finished photographs.

Allow enough time for the photoshoot, editing, image reveal and production of your chosen album or artwork.
We recommend booking at least 8 to 12 weeks before your wedding if you would like a finished album ready for the day. This allows time for your session, editing, private image reveal and album production.

No. White and bridal pieces are popular, but your session can be styled around your own personality, comfort and preferred look.

Yes. Veils, jewellery, shoes, robes and other meaningful bridal items can all be included.
