Classic boudoir photography combines elegant portraiture, flattering lighting and carefully guided posing to create images that feel confident, intimate and timeless.
It is not about pretending to be someone else. The experience is about helping you feel comfortable enough to relax, express yourself and see the confidence and beauty that already exist within you. Your session takes place in Sarah's private, fully female studio in Heathfield, East Sussex, a space designed to feel calm, discreet and supportive from start to finish.
Your session can be soft and romantic, bold and glamorous, understated and natural or a mixture of different styles. Sarah uses soft, carefully placed light to flatter your shape and draw attention to the parts of you that look their best. With 28 years of experience behind every shoot, she knows exactly how light falls on different bodies and how to make each one look its most beautiful.
You don't need to arrive knowing how to pose. Sarah guides you throughout, helping with your positioning, hands and posture, expression and movement, as well as creating flattering shapes. All you need to do is relax and enjoy the experience.

Your Classic Boudoir Experience in Three Simple Steps
1. Your Discovery Call
The experience begins with a relaxed, no-pressure conversation.
You can discuss what has brought you here, the style you like, your comfort level, outfits, packages and any nerves or questions you may have.
Sarah will explain the process clearly so you know exactly what to expect before deciding whether to book.
2. Your Private Studio Session
On the day, you will be welcomed into Sarah’s private, fully female studio in Heathfield.
Professional hair and makeup are included, followed by a fully guided photoshoot. Sarah will show you how to pose, position your hands, move and use natural expressions.
You do not need to arrive knowing what to do.
3. Your Private Image Reveal
Once your portraits have been carefully edited, you will return to view them privately.
You can take your time, choose the images you love most and select the package and finished products that feel right for you.
